Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping at Modesign Studio. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide clear and fair shipping and return conditions in accordance with applicable Dutch and European Union consumer laws.
Receiving a Damaged Item
We take great care in packaging our handmade porcelain products to minimize the risk of damage during transport. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than three (3) calendar days after delivery by emailing info@modesignstudio.nl.
Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. This allows us to assess the issue and coordinate with our shipping partners or insurer. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at info@modesignstudio.nl within the 14-day period.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process and Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that while we process refunds as quickly as possible, the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
