Gözde Eldeniz Altun
Gözde was born in 1991 in Istanbul. She graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Ceramic Design in 2015. In 2016, she completed the Pedagogical Formation Certificate Program at Marmara University. After completing a three-month internship at a ceramic workshop, she worked as an assistant for six months. In 2017, she established her own studio and continued her professional career.
Selim Caner Eldeniz
Selim was born in 1988 in Istanbul. After studying for one year in the Sculpture Department at Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, he transferred to the Industrial Product Design Department at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. After graduating in 2014, he was hired at Hexagon Studio-Karsan, where he had previously completed a three-month internship, and worked as an automotive designer until 2017. He then continued his career at Otokar Automotive Inc. until 2019. Currently, he works alongside his sister and business partner, Gözde Eldeniz, at Modesign Studio, which they founded together in 2017.
About Modesign Studio
Modesign Studio was founded in 2017 by Gözde Eldeniz and Selim Caner Eldeniz. The brand is shaped by a design approach rooted in minimalism, functionality, sustainability, and creativity. From the beginning, Modesign Studio has focused on creating handmade porcelain pieces with a strong and distinctive design language.
After initially collaborating with selected design stores, the brand gradually expanded its reach beyond local boundaries. Since 2019, Modesign Studio has been operating internationally, offering its collections through its online platforms in Turkey and across Europe.
Today, Modesign Studio continues to design and produce timeless porcelain tableware, combining thoughtful design with craftsmanship for everyday use.
